Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During busy periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take longer.


Delivery Times


Estimated delivery times:


  • Switzerland: 10-14 business days

  • Europe: 10-14 business days

Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and shipping method selected.


Free standard shipping may be offered on orders above CHF 100.


Tracking
